Refunds Policy
Overview
Because all Lissa Designs products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to creative assets, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Membership subscriptions
Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. You retain access to your member content until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds on the current billing period once payment has been processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your membership content, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Digital template products
Because digital downloads and Canva template links are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be ‘returned’, all template product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been delivered.
If you received a product that does not match its description on our Site, or if there is a technical issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — either by providing a corrected file or issuing a store credit.
Courses — self-paced
For self-paced courses (Canva for Agents and the Real Estate Marketing Masterclass), we offer a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed fewer than 2 modules. Once you have accessed 2 or more modules, the sale is considered final.
To request a refund on a course, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number.
Courses — live cohorts
For the Agent Brand Bootcamp (live cohort), refunds are available up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After that date, no refunds are available as cohort spots are limited and cannot be reassigned on short notice. If you are unable to attend a cohort after registering, you may transfer your registration to a future cohort at no additional cost.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine concern about a purchase, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and to revoke your access to any purchased products pending resolution.
